Went to a talk on preventing FALLS the other day, given by a senior physiotherapist, she knew her stuff alright!
Anyway, we all had a range of easy exercises to do daily, I'll post a picture tomorrow...
But the one she said was the most important one of all...
Sit up straight on a chair, feet flat on the floor and hands crossed over your chest, stand up and sit down as many times as you can in 30 seconds.
