Bought Bread

If you don't make your own Bread, what do you buy?

The Hospital told me that I have got to get more Fibre into my body, so this week I have been buying:

Soft Multi Seeded Wheat Loaf, and its really tasty.

What do you buy?

Tesco's wholemeal loaf which I ask the nice people to slice for me.

Re: Bought Bread

Real bread from a craft baker in Ryde. Some white, some brown. Supermarket bread is packed with chemicals. All Bran helps too.

Bran flakes are good too and stick chopped or dried fruit on them for better flavour

Re: Bought Bread

I buy Allinson wholemeal bread, it's a 650g loaf which is the ideal size for the two of us. The slices aren't too thin or thick and it's very tasty bread.
