I started out , decades ago, with one called the Marseilles pack (I think?). That got worn all grubby.

I was with the Rider Waite for years as it's very easy to grasp the symbolism, if hard to shuffle as they can be a bit big.

My favourite now is the Renaisance Tarot ... but I think they're getting a little hard to get hold of now so it'll be fun when I invest in a new pack.
There's so many beautiful designs I'm sure one will resonate with me. You do have to feel a 'spark' when handling your deck. Not any old deck will do.

I ve never really wanted to have a tarot reading as i.m a bit sceptical but if people believe in such things that's entirely their right. No one should ridicule what others believe in.
