When we moved, I boxed everything up and stuck colour coded labels on, which related to a layout of the house so that the removers knew exactly where to put everything. As it started to dawn on me that space was running out fast I was saying 'Just stick it anywhere'.

Hi

Finally back online,great stuff.

Had to change mobile as no EE Signal here.

Got caught up with HSBC Fraud Team, even though I had notified them in advance, so been living on back pocket cash.

The moving day was a disaster, Purchasers Solicitor did not send money through until late, so lost all my Corals and only 3 fish left alive.

I am down about £1700 on the Aquarium, his response, find another Solicitor to sue me..

The removals people ran out of time, so everything just dumped inside the house, still sorting it and paying for help.

Lost the freezer contents.

The arrogance of the man is astounding.

He is a dead man walking

I will have his balls for this and much as I would like to just give him a kicking, I will refrain and do it legally.

Sorry anout how it went Swims, so many horror stories about moving day and invariably down to the crappy solicitors, had a few of those myself. Here's hoping things get sorted and you can put this behind you and get settled.

Every cloud has a silver lining.

New house, mortgage free, no inheritance tax, kids have had another lump

House is plenty big enough for me, stunning garden, used the binoculars this morning and watched the deer on the hills.

Sounds good Swims, on the up and up now.... What will you do about the aquarium, start from scratch or call it a day?
