I don't know how much it costs to charge a car but I imagine not a lot. We are gonna have to pay serious money to make up for the duty and vat we are currently paying at gas stations. We are talking the majority of what it costs to fill her up.
Plus the cost of implementing all of this will be added too. Meanwhile fires will still burn along the Nile.
the Gov recieves £28 Billion from fuel duty plus about £6 Billion revenue from VED.
Currently electric vehicles are attractive due to low running costs. I cannot see that being the case for long.
