get away from those oppressive summer temps in Uk and have a nice cool sunshine hol in OZ. all major cities below 20C with plenty of sunshine - just avoid Darwin which is always too hot!

But it's a beautiful place , I was in South Australia last year for a few weeks.

I told my children if they emigrate I'm going with them .

Very envious I nearly spontaneously combusted while hoovering last night combination of the weather temperature and a hot flush

and snakes; crocodiles;wild dingoes; mosquitoes etc etc and still we love it!

having been born in UK and lived there for the first third of my life I know feel more ozzie than brit but there are some places i wouldn't want to live - take Queensland for example - too hot; hurricanes; floods and fires - no I like the quiet and sometimes hot life and we do use a lot of aircon, fans and ice cold beer!

If you're scared of incy wincy spiders, how do you reckon you'd go with sharks, crocs and highly venomous snakes?
Not to mention the extremely hot sun, turning UK visitors into a crisp within seconds.
If you want to survive Australia, you need to be very tough.

So, when are you coming?

oh yes forgot the sharks - I usually deal with those with two legs! - and what about the boxed jelly fish very gruesome! and venomous bats

you'll see some venomous bats soon on the hollowed grounds of the cricket fields and the brits fall like flies

Not much danger from a jelly in a box, so long as you keep him there.

I've lived in Africa, the only thing there I didn't like was the spiders. Not bothered by snakes or anything else, just spiders and some people!
