Made in Dagenham - a blast from the past

I thoroughly recommend this as a real feelgood chick flick. The cinema was full of ladies `of a certain age` and we all had a great time remembering why Womens Lib was needed.
I particularly liked the clips from newsreels of the time - one with a group of men earnestly explaining that women didn`t need `proper` wages as they weren`t the breadwinners was hysterical.
Great fun.

Well, except that the Odeon cinema seat has done my back in.. I`m in agony!
