Re; low tyre pressure warning lights - Anyone know how it works? Can't be connected by wires obviously.

There are two types, direct and indirect, one uses the sensor in the tyre, which sends a signal to the cars computer if it senses a drop in pressure, the other type uses the cars abs system to detect a lower speed in that wheel, if the tyre pressure drops and again sends a message to the ecu, and warn the driver..
