I can understand the parents' grief, but that does not give them the right to take the law into their own hands, or to break a law - which clearly they have.

Sometimes we have to accept the judgement of the law. If the investigation determined that the man was innocent of a crime, so be it. I wasn't there, I didn't do the toxicology, or investigate the man's medical history.

I suspect that the driver is suffering enough without harassment from the family of the victim. The driver is another victim in this case.

I wonder if the parents think that being mean will bring their daughter back.
