Phrases that drive you up the wall

Not necessarily political, though it was watching the News just now that gave me the idea...

It used to be "Let me be clear", or "I am clear", or "We are clear"...
clear clear clear clear, is that clear!!!

Then it was "Strong and Stable", "Strong and Stable" a million times...

Now it's "Smooth and orderly way", "Smooth and orderly way",
"Smooth and orderly way"...

Next it'll be like the Punch&Judy show "That's the way to do it"!!!!

People who write or say could of instead of could have. I hate that.

Re: Phrases that drive you up the wall

‘Let’s be clear’ That’s a Theresa May phrase. I notice it a lot in the Brexit threads on here!
’But Heyho’
‘To be honest’, at the end of a sentence.
‘Look out for’
‘My bad’
‘Bless you’, so condescending.
‘Can l get’
‘Bestie’
‘I hope this helps’, at the end of some advice.

Plus more that l can’t think of at the moment.
