I'm guessing it's mainly ladies who are being watched or even stalked. It must make you feel very nervous or even to scared to leave home sometimes.

I must admit, on a nice sunny day when i'm in Town, I will sit on a bench and watch the world go by, I do look at people, not in a horrible way, but I look at the way they are dressed and how they look.
