Oh I would love to do Zumba, why didnt they have it when I was younger!

You can do an in the pool low impact Zumba in some places.

From what I've heard, most people don't get that sudden rush of euphoria and feel let down because of it - it's what happens when something is overhyped.

I used to swim no less than 50 lengths, non-stop, every day (pretty much) and would walk miles up into the hills with my dogs - I enjoyed it but didn't feel any wave of euphoria about it, if anything, I tended to feel calmer. If I had to suffer a gym (which I tried for a few weeks), it would send me round the bend - most boring past-time imageineable imo.
