So my conclusion I have an organ missing - the one that produces endorphins LOL
anyone else have that one missing ?
From what I've heard, most people don't get that sudden rush of euphoria and feel let down because of it - it's what happens when something is overhyped.
I used to swim no less than 50 lengths, non-stop, every day (pretty much) and would walk miles up into the hills with my dogs - I enjoyed it but didn't feel any wave of euphoria about it, if anything, I tended to feel calmer. If I had to suffer a gym (which I tried for a few weeks), it would send me round the bend - most boring past-time imageineable imo.
