Re: Serenity sunday

Morning all - what a beautiful sunny day it is here, not a cloud to be seen, long may it continue

I'm feeling slightly out of sorts today, I didn't get to sleep until gone 5.00am, then woke again 2 hours later At least I was able to get the laundry done early and out on the line in the sun.

Have a good day folks!

Re: Serenity sunday

Sunshine and warmth! Hurrah! But not for long, apparently - a pretty wet week forecast (so what happened to the really cold till the end of the month forecast? )

We're having a lazy day - looking at cruise brochures for this time next year .... to make up for our diappointment this year. I should still be on the banks of the Nile

Mags - hope you improve as the day progresses

Re: Serenity sunday

Morning Christian and everyone. It looks like it might be a bit rainy here today.

Mags, you will have to get a nap since sleep is so important and you are never out of sorts. So nice you can hang your wash on the line

G'day all,. . . it is quite serene here, just a gentle breeze and it's +6 what more could we ask for.

Re: Serenity sunday

Hello again to all. I have only just got back on line again, after having to go out and buy a new laptop. It has taken ages to transfer stuff over from the old one, not being a computer expert and I could not find this address.

Off to walk the dog now, the sun is shining.

Thanks Buzzie.

I could not believe it, whilst out walking my dog just now the ice-cream van passed me, play Oh Sole Mio!!! People were actually buying, and there is still snow in sheltered corners...

Pale late afternoon sunshine here. Had a swim, steam, sauna and relax in the jakuzzi this morning-no gym work today but yoga tomorrow and I might do some work on the weights machines-my legs have a lot to support
