Very cold outside.

Got to go out and pick up my medications also pop into Town and go to Morrisons and a new Aldi store.

Good morning all, bordering on a frost, light drizzle and fog here, a real old cold dismal gloom...

Mum is visiting for lunch today so I'll be mucking out whilst Mrs B prepares some slops and thin gruel for us all....

Good morning everyone a hard frost last night so I am having to resort to the dreaded car scraping.

I am off to the optician later and need to rush around and get my jobs done first . Then I have to make some mince pies for my son to collect tomorrow.

Meg, motoring really can be a miserable business on a winter's morning but forget the scraping, just get a large jug of luke warm water and pour slowly over the windows. The idea is to actually warm the glass which then removes the frost and also helps prevent the internal condensation which can be just as bothersome...it's always worked for me.

Good morning all cold and frosty and the ground could almost be mistaken for a light snow fall.

We are taking out daughter to the Garden Centre this morning, no doubt we’ll need a steaming coffee or a hot chocolate to warm us up.
