Good morning Saturday
Good morning all, been raining here overnight which the garden is very thankful for, and is forecast to brighten up later ... perfect....
We are off to see our eldest son and family for lunch today at Leicester. Our son is a landscape gardener so we are hoping for a nice day so we can sit out in their garden which he has recently re-modelled.

Good morning Barry from another one ‘out in the rural sticks’ and to all who follow!Overnight rain here that is supposed to clear, dry and bright afterwards. Later showers, heavy and thundery at times, with gusty winds. Maximum temperature of 25ºC. It is summer isn’t it?
Nothing to be done out in the garden, far too wet by the looks of it. Mundane household chores will be the order of the day I reckon.

Good morning everyoneIt rained the whole day here yesterday and I mean really heavy rain...the little stream running through my garden is white water this morning with all the water running off the moors....the forecast is more rain but brightening later....fingers crossed.
Out later with pals then feet up as my little grandson arrives tomorrow and stays till Tuesday....have to think of things to do with him

Morning all.Yes it rained here most of yesterday and thunder n lighting most of the night.
Air changes made it hard to sleep and Bonnie was on edge lying beside my bed all night.
So not much sleep for both of us, today is going to be a very long one here's hoping for some sunshine.

Good morning everyone.Due to be overcast here until mid afternoon - but - it will be warm. Apparently we are due for a horrendous week next week. Temperatures of over 80f (eek) and violent thunder storms. I will be off to the shops at some point today to stock up so I may hibernate out of it. Can't stand hot weather - never could - time we had some serious snow!!
OK, OK, I'm going.

Good morning everyone rain at last and the garden looks better for it.I want to clean the deep freeze this morning before the plum crop arrives, I usually freeze a lot to see me through the winter.
My Daughter in law has offered to hire out her two cleaners for a price
I am considering employing them
