I speak honestly on my posts does that count.
My "Confessions of retired shopkeeper" were largely true. My "Uncle Vivian" tales were largely untrue, but based on real people. "ARchie's Diary" was true, except for the claim that a cat wrote it.
If I told you I was telling a lie, would that be honest & true?

I think it does. I'm a perfectionist and constantly want to improve in all aspects of my life - including writing, be it on a forum or elsewhere. I strive to construct sentences correctly so they flow well and obviously make sense. The same goes for anything else I do - I want to be the best I can be at it.I'm not sure you can tell a great deal from a writer's style, as opposed to what they are saying, but there is info there should you look for it.
