I have no objection to giving my comments on a particular purchase , what does not ding my thing is the umpeen page questionnaires that companies put out with tick box questions like ; " on a range of 0 - 10 where 0 is low and 10 is high how would you rate the service you received from the staff who served you today (etc.) Always feel the object of the exercise is not to improve the companies performance, more to intimidate the staff.Re: Online Purchases
Well after my new fridge was delivered yesterday, today I got a text on my mobile asking me to answer 4 questions on the delivery people! Each answer you sent was a separate text, so that means I would have had to PAY to send 4 texts to do their review. What a nerve !
