Hi Jazzi, when I had to make a formal complaint a couple of years ago, I found the PALS team extremely helpful. Hope yours are as good as mine were and things get sorted out.
Hope you're soon on the mend and this rotten episode can be put behind you. X

Yes, good idea. I'm going to insist they take a good look at the surgery site in the morning, instead of just a limited and quick glance. It's 10pm, 3 hours since I took the oxycodone. And still the pain is increasing. Waiting for another half hour to take yet more paracetamols and other stuff.|
