Does anyone eat cereal with added sugar?

Most of the big brands have added sugar apart from Shredded Wheat and Alpen original (although it does contain raisins).

I remember adding sugar to cornflakes as a child - something I wouldn't do today, and I suspect the cornflakes have added sugar anyway.

I don’t have sugar on any cereals or porridge. Nor in tea.

No, I don't take it in tea or coffee, either.

And I only eat natural yogurt - the sugary ones are far too sweet for me.

I hardly ever eat anything with sugar but I made an exception in hospital. I had an ice-cream on the hottest day and I ate their rhubarb crumble with custard as I love rhubarb.

I don't eat cereal. My husband does and never has added sugar, he is very particular about that.

Hi

No added sugar for me.

I do however use sugar substitutes.

Aren't we all so health conscious in our old age? As a child, I remember my favourite snack was a sugar sandwich! I don't eat a lot of sugar nowadays, and only brown sugar at that. I've never taken sugar in tea, but I do like half a spoonful of brown sugar in my bucket of coffee.

My mother was very strict about the diet of my siblings and I when we were young. Sweets and chocolate were an occasional treat.
