It depends on the client's wishes, not the therapist's.
Some people are not comfortable with being touched, even though they should remain fully clothed.
You have to be so careful nowadays, with some people suing for everything and anything.
I was trained to always ask the client if they felt comfortable with me touching them, but if they would rather not, then work in the aura instead.
Personally, I prefer contact, whether giving or receiving a treatment, I find touch comforting, but that's just my preference.
