I am not a non poster at all, just selective as the thread asks. I also don't have the time to sit on the computer for hours. It's not my world like it is some people's.

Time runs away here....an hour feels like a few minutes. I tend to stay away from political threads they wind me up.. so I suppose that's selective...

I often select threads by who's posting on them. If I know my opinion will get me shouted down I won't bother. Let the "righteous" rule the thread. They must get bored having everyone agree with them.
I never used to be like that but, have got tired of trying to change mindsets.
If people want to come across as twits let them.

Not just here for me. I can spend hours on youtube looking at related video's, my favourites are animals & short cartoon films.

I would say more common sense than selective Spitty, when time is available I post and when I’m busy or going out I don’t post.
I suppose I’m more selective now than I used to be so I just ignore the nasty people and don’t bother to read anything they post, it doesn’t take long to find out who they are and they’re not worth the time, it’s that simple as you say.

Yes, I'm selective on which threads I post to. Many of them don't really pertain to me, being in the states. Others are health problems, and I feel that's private to the individual, so won't comment.

I have noticed at times when I am taking a topic seriously, by the time I am ready to post, others have lightened up the thread with silliness, so I don't post. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

I'm a selective poster, but only because I have no time!

I quickly reach into the bin for a thread or post that looks ripe, roll it over in my hand, give it a gentle squeeze and then into the shopping cart it goes...
