Wet and windy here but still quite mild.

An appointment this morning, then hopefully the day to myself afterwards to catch up on some jobs in peace.

Good morning - Cloudy, damp and not a day for the allotment. I probably wouldn't go anyway because Mrs mart is ill.

Good Morning Everyone from Foxy's moist world...

I barely got to the gate before I realised that the showerproof running top was not going to hack it....With a monsoon of biblical proportions I changed into my wet suit......Just a watertight running top that lets nothing in or out, skimpy shorts though because the legs are super waterproof.....

I swam and leaped over puddles and managed to complete five miles in a very poor time. I think the head cold is still playing a major part in the release of energy.....Or the lack of it...

Anyway, I'm all dried out now and the rain has stopped and the clouds have gone....Just the way it is sometimes....

Tootling off to Boundary Mill now in Sheffield, Mrs Fox is looking for a new winter coat and I believe they have a very acceptable restaurant.....

Good morning everyone heavy showers and a lawn full of leaves, it certainly looks like autumn.

I am off to see the twins shortly but don't feel great and have lost my voice , not what I need when I am due to have my flu vaccination on Saturday.
