Hi Folks

I hope you're all well.

I have recently been made redundant and was wondering if any of you kind folks out there know of any good job search websites for the over 50s?

Thanks in advance for you responses.

Re: Just Been Made Redundant

Hi geek. Sorry to hear that. As someone who has been made redundant five times, I understand your worry. If you Google jobs in your area, you can sign up and receive emails every day. The only I would say is open another email address if possible so that you regular address doesn't get bogged down. Some are better than others, some send the same ones over and over again.

At the moment I am subscribed to CV-library and Simply hired.

Sorry to hear that geek. Can't help with job sites as a cleaner you tend to find jobs differently to most folks.

Taxi drivers are always needed. My son makes a good living at it. Good luck.

Re: Just Been Made Redundant

It really depends what kind of job you are looking for.
A good “general” site which has a decent job search facility and allows you to upload your cv is Indeed (you can search by location without entering a job title)
