Realist used to bang on about it in his usual long winded fashion. I am sure if you do a search using terms like Sour Dough and Homemade Bread you will find plenty.

I tried making bread many decades ago and it was OK but why would you bother when the local Vietnamese baker sells beautiful fresh bread for a couple of dollars?

Ah that's it. I knew there was someone.

We don't have a Vietnamese baker nearby but the supermarket does some decent artisan stuff.
