F.A.O. Glanny !

Went into to town - to the market today - bought a Celeriac and tried out your soup recipe.

It was delicious - thank you - one I will certainly make again!

It certainly is, LQ. Might do that today - it was a large Celeriac so didn't use it all in making the soup.

Give Glanny's soup recipe a try - it is scrumptious!

Glad you liked it! (Phew! Relieved smiley! )

As I used all of the rather large celeriac it made a big pot of soup so I froze half of it and had it again last night.

Yep, celeriac mash is yumm!
