Cheese & Toast
I read today a recipe which sounds rather nice and a very simple variant on cheese on toast (sort of)
Anyway it really just involved parmesan cheese (like you use on your spag bol), some pepper and mixing it with butter (more cheese than butter) then spreading the mixture on one side of the bread (frozen?) and toasting the cheese side in a fry pan or BBQ.
It said use baking paper between pan and cheese
I might try it tomorrow.
