The UK, simple as.
We are the only EU Nation not to count our inshore fisheries and the only one to sell our Quotas to Foreign Vessels.
You cannot blame the EU for taking advantage of that stupidity.T
Taking them back means paying Compensation.
We sold them on the Open Market.
As regards Financial Services, they belong to the EU and they have not sold them off.
They are not subject to WTO Rules and can block our access at any time they want

PSA own Vauxhall, they have demanded compensation to keep UK operations open if tariffs and non tariff barriers are put on their operations in the UK.
UK Operations are based in Ellesmere Port which is part of the Northern Area Boris has promised to level up, as are most of their suppliers.
PSA is French Controlled, partly French Government.
An interesting problem for Boris.
If he does give them State Aid, that scuppers the level playing field, if he does not they will leave and cause problems.
All linked to French Access to our Fishing.
This is what happens when we sell off our Industries.
The other biggest shareholder in PSA is a Chinese Company.
Closely linked to the Airbus wing factory opened in China.
They have the capacity to take on the Airbus wing manufacturing based on the other side of Chester to the car plant in Ellesmere Port.
Life is not as simple as some think.

We do not own our car industry or our steel industry for a start.
We can no longer build our own Power Stations.

Like I said in a previous post, I'm glad Swimfeeders isn't part of our negotiating team .Despite being the 6th largest economy on Earth, according to Remainers like Swimfeeders we have no clout and nothing to offer.
I can't believe he's still doing promoting this narrative when the evidence is quite the opposite.
Who are the 'WE' that would 'OWN' the British car industry anyway??
