Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

Done all my "visiting" for today so nothing else planned for the weekend.Might go to the garden centre that's a couple of miles from here on Monday-don't like the Bank Holiday traffic!

I posted there too. If you want that info about Wales I would Google. Obviously know zilch about Wales, so why want to move there?

Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

Having a relaxing day today after standing with my bucket for the AA at the Antiques Fair at the Builth Showground all day yesterday. Thanks to the wonderful weather we had really heavy buckets at the end of the day and I came home, picking up Lexi on the way, with a sunburnt nose!!

Vanessa arrived here about 8 pm with a curry for 2 from Tesco which was absolutely delicious, so we had a fun evening catching up. She's gone to a Point to Point near Leominster (hope she had the wellies in the car because it's been raining all morning!) Glad I'm at home in the warm.

Son went to Judgement Day in Cardiff, that's why I have Lexi. Expect he's just about getting up now, so will pick her up later - much later............

The little boys are at the last rugby tournament of the season in Abergavenny, let's hope they do well.

It's been raining all day.Spent the morning "pottering" about the house. This afternoon I'm catching up with t.v.programs I've missed. Wonder if the member who wanted info about Wales has decided where to move to?!

Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

We had a lovely sunny day yesterday, which turned grey, and rain, in the evening. Raining this morning. Hospital visiting yesterday and today. Youngest grandchild 5 tomorrow, so present wrapping.

Pleased your bucket rattling produced lots of money Sue.

If you didn't know it is Bank Holiday it has been easy to guess over the last few days. All roads blocked as thousands head for the ports, New Forest and Dorset beaches (mainly Poole and Bournemouth) Tonight they will be trying to head back home
