Sunbathing

That's what I plan to do all day (more or less!)
Get some much needed rays and vitamin D on my "works-inside-all-day" skin

I'm careful, always use factor 50 until I'm darker
Even then only switch to 40 to prevent any burning

Do you bother these days?
Is it something you do only on a beach or on holiday?
Have you ever bothered sunbathing at all?

Answers on a postcard only please!!
I need that full holiday experience 😎👍

Re: Sunbathing

I am allergic to sunlight.

I hate it - it gives me spots & blotches even wearing factor 50.

Re: Sunbathing

I tend to sit or lie in the shade and without a single cream product on me. This tends to give me a pleasant enough tan.

Edit..it always fascinates me watching others who baste themselves frequently to get the same effect.

Re: Sunbathing

I’m naturally sun tanned - I’m a perfect shade of cream- so I tend to stay out of the sun but if I’m out, it’s SPF50 and I cover up, always with a hat!

I’ve always envied those ladies lying out in the sun. I can’t ever do that. I’ve got tanned forearms and maybe my legs a wee bit but that’s about it…
