We should adopt the Scottish law on house buying. That is once agreeing to purchase then it becomes a contract and the purchasers can't back out, or at least without a heavy penality

I am a lot better now thank you for asking. Not 100%yet but time will fix that, I don't expect to be back as I was for at least 3/4 months further down the line.
The problem is old age ,me being 70yrs old, it takes that much longer for the body to full repair itself so to speak
