Energy providers

We're with Scottish Power and we get both electric and gas from them, . . I pay by DD and had to phone them a few months ago to get the DD for electric reduced as I was in credit by quite a lot. - (£200).

Today I got a statement from them regarding the gas, I'm in debt for £15.02 . . this was calculated from September last year 'till now, . . we've just had the coldest winter for 100 years, . . . I pay £44 a month at the moment and they wanted to raise this to £59 a month.

I've just given them a phone and pointed out the facts to them, . . . . . the DD stays the same, . . £44 a month, . . . do not let these greedy providers get away with it, . . if everyone was in credit they'd be on a nice big earner off the interest eh.
