I paid up my mortgage when I was 59 1/2 and retired when I was 59 3/4. Two of the top ten events in my life !

Congratulations Primus, it certainly is a wonderful feeling to be mortgage free.
Is this the Betty's Tearoom you mean? I was there some years ago and it was really nice. This limited edition painting was a gift from Leyland Daf.
