Where can I get a Towel Rail?

Any ideas where I might be able to find a Towel Rail?

Not a heated one & not one that fits over a radiator - Just a plain ordinary Towel Rail............

I have tried Sainsburys, Asda, Tesco, Argos, Denbenhams, Ponden Home, QS & Boots.......also Wilkinsons & Pound Shop.

Where have they all gone?
