Yes they really are good at keeping the price down. I wonder how much we can trust them?

No I'm not saying that. Read my posts properly

It's just another non tariff barrier to protect their eu farmers by not having imported chlorinated chicken.

There is no evidence that animal welfare is at risk at all by doing so ... It's a complete myth.

Incinerating our national herd of pigs because of foot and m mouth, against the advise of the EU vets who insisted we vaccinated them ... but ignored by Brussels.

Another brilliant example of animal rights and welfare from the unelected idiots in the EU.

Still Denmark and Germany did well out if it and we ended up with the highest standards pig farming in (just about) the world. Certainly better than anyone else in the EU.

Re: Trying to get the Irish on same page

Let's face it, there are a couple of products no one in their right mind would buy from Britain - beef and chicken - quite rightly they are totally banned from being imported into Australia. In fact any person who has lived in the UK between 1 January 1980 and 31 December 1996 for a total of 6 months or more is ineligible to donate blood in Australia (and a few other countries).

You are probably better off getting your chicken from America.

When Australia stops cruelty to sheep and takes their collective heads out of the Muslim backside il consider listening to them about animal food products
