Yes.
Not sure about taking high doses of the inositol/choline. Since the capsules are a comination of the two the 500 mg is 250 for the inositol and 250 mg of the choline. I hope you have no ill effects from it.I never did so I just thought it was worth mentioning to you. All the best to you

I agree JoAnn - it states side effects are more common with higher doses, so I should be OK

Yes patsy..always best to use caution when taking any kind of suppliments and to take careful consideration of the current medicines one may be taking.
