The last line is the Gospel truth. Even with my anti-depressant, and other pills, not every day is easy to make it thru.

There are lots of reasons for depression and many ways to deal with it, I manage mine these days by being kinder to myself and walking in the fresh air everyday. It makes a huge difference to me. From the person standing on top of the car park thinking of jumping to now has been a big step but I did it one little step at a time. I hope everyone else can find that first step to freedom too.
