Absolutely. Then there were platforms, big wide ties, frizzy hair and afros.We DID look cool back then yes fashions change and what was the latest trend becomes passé and laughable decades later.
That’s whats so wonderful about looking at photos is you do go right back to the time the photo was taken and all those feelings and emotions come right back from that day. Or at least they do for me.
Here in Canada it’s Thanksgiving this weekend and I’m making the dinner for 3 generations of family members and I’ve asked that we all look through old photos.
My parents are almost 84 and 89 so I want to take pictures, look at pictures and create as many loving memories as possible.

That should be nice anyway looking at the old photos and yes get the pictures and as many memories as you can while you can!
