Re: Flu jabs

Never had a flu jab. Too much of a wimp when it comes to needles. Rather have the flu.

Re: Flu jabs

Have had a flu jab every year for last 5 years or so, plus when I had pneumonia back in 2004, had the jab for that, is it a one off then? I daren't risk catching the flu with copd, if it went onto my chest I'd be scuppered for weeks. Don't get any nasty side effects with the flu jab.

The pneumonia jab is a one off, I think, Maryl. One jab lasts for life.

Re: Flu jabs

As a full time carer, I'm still waiting for the letter to have mine

Never mind, I've been taking regular doses of Echinacea and, so far, this has been a positive prevention.

Did you have your name down on medical records as a Carer, Carmen?

Oh yes (as Churchill would say)

To be honest, I could have reminded them, but I forgot myself.
