It is best to ignore people who irritate you, rather than respond in kind. I don't always follow my own advice though.

No, I don't avoid or ignore anyone. I admit to avoiding certain threads I only respond to ones that interest me.

Yes, Susie, I am the same as you on both those comments.
I keep away from the politics and religion too.
It's more peaceful that way, and I have never had to put anyone on ignore.

I think if someone is being objectionable on a thread I would avoid geting involved but I consider that as avoiding the situation not the person.
