I'm on a high protein diet and I try to reach 60-80 grams of protein per day,
my diet consists of:
milk, yoghurts, cheese for calcium
good fats like mackerel, cheese, nuts, eggs
Good carbs like brown rice, oats, sweet potato, bananas, quinoa, couscous, butternut squash,
I eat vegetables, lentils, pearl barley and I make lots of homemade soups, I also eat a lot of fish.
I try to keep my calories between 1000 and 1200 per day and most of my calories come from protein. I swim 3-4 times a week and in 9 months I have lots 6st 12lbs.
