Good morning all

I have a busy family day today...looking after grandkids and one of them Danny the 5 year old is staying over, I love him staying he is such a comic.

Doing lunch for 9 ...but not cooking so easy peasy French bread cheeses pate cold meats and salad, followed by fresh fruit salad and choccy ice lollies for the kids....actually thinking about it I'll do some sausages for hot dogs too...the kids love them

Good morning everybody.
I plan on spending the day cleaning the fridge & cupboards out and generally tidying the place up a bit. I've been a bit lax with housework in the hot weather!!

Susie you will miss your trips to the shops when you move,it's not nearly so easy when you live in the countryside..

Our next door neighbours have workmen taking out the fence between our drive and theirs (existing one 3ft ) and replacing it with a 6ft fence.
The banging and drilling started at half past seven!!!!.

Good morning all, quite cool this morning but the sun is out now and warming up nicely..

Walked the dogs already and had morning coffee so I'll be off into the garden shortly to pick the blackberries and some autumn raspberries which are just starting to ripen...

Fish fingers and chips for lunch yum yum...

Good morning everyone really chilly this morning and 'too bright to early 'so rain likely to arrive later. The little drop we have had so far has already worked wonders for my dead lawn.

I have a batch of bread rising to make wholemeal rolls and need to catch up on some housework before the family arrive back after a week away and I spend some time with the little ones nextweek.

Morning all

I.m still in bed because I can be, love my days off work.

Getting up now, gonna have some cheesy scrambled egg for breakfast then going to see my dad to put the world to rights.

Out with The Golden Girls, my school pals for lunch, always look forward to the time we spend together.

This evening i.m meeting a friend who needs some support right now, hopefully I can cheer her up. Then if I ve time i.m going to meet 'Gym' again.

I might get to see my hubby tonight! Good job he likes to catch up on his Sci Fi TV at the weekend, then I don't feel quite so guilty for being out all day
