Re: Second Referendum etc.

Daniel Hannan gave Andrew Adonis a good pasting on Daily Politics today.

Hi

We appreciate that Solasch.

Unfortunately the democratic system we have means that the two major Parties have a built in advantage.

A vote for the Brexit Party is the best chance we have of breaking that.

If we had a General Election today, Brexit would get more votes nationally but end up with 80 odd MPs less than the Tories.

This is a nonsense.

Are you suggesting the brexit party will still be around in 2022 at the GE? What will they be doing in the meantime?

Hi

It will not, the figures simply do not stand up.

Time to be sensible.

If we go hell for leather to annoy the EU, they will retaliate in kind.

That will not be good for us.

They are bigger, the largest Free Trade Area in the World.

They can block all the existing Free Trade Deals we have.

The EU, through their Government Investments, own much of our Infrastructure.

They can move Airbus, Vauxhall, Nissan, Mini, Rolls Royce and Bentley out of the UK in a flash.

We are reliant on a consortium of the French and Chinese to replace our Nuclear Power Stations.

They own our refuse collection and disposal industries.

Our problem, because we sold them off.

We even sold our Fisheries Quotas off.

Nobody else was stupid enough to do that.

Our Idiots did it.

The problem is not me and you, it is our Idiotic Politicians.

We need to get rid of them and start again.

As things stand you will be out in oktober. Your influence in europarliament is then gone. The first time farage's gang can be of any meaningful consequence is in a GE in 2022. In the meantime they are not present in your HoC, so politically they will be inconsequential for 2-3 years. Farage cannot survive for so long without media attention.
