All well and good but I assumed that the last result would be binding otherwise I wouldn't have bothered.
If there was a second referendum, my guess is that remain would win, not because leavers have changed their minds on leaving Europe but because they no longer believe it's worth voting, so the result would be for all the wrong reasons.
