I love Thanksgiving, my favorite meal of the year. Since we have a lot of people, we do a pot luck every year. The host does the turkey and mashed potatoes and everyone else brings a dish and we always end up with way too much food. But that little problem is solved by everyone taking home the leftovers.

Our turkey day isn't until November.

Linda I think you have the right idea. I have 15 coming and I too have asked everyone to bring something, enjoy!

Yep, that's the way we've always done it, so the host doesn't have to cook the whole meal. I'm always in charge of the green bean casserole.
