Thanksgiving

On Monday October 12 we celebrate Thanksgiving which traditionally is a turkey dinner with all of the trimmings. Not to be completed without a slice of Pumpkin pie and fresh whipped cream or Apple Crisp. It is a lovely time of the year here as the autumn colors are a blaze and we enjoy a bounty of harvest.

Indeed it is Susan M! Especially if you enjoy spiced desserts! Some people use the canned pumpkin filling while others- pumpkin right from the shell! I love both!
