During World War 2. Many innocent Italian and German men, all good citizens working in the UK, were considered a threat to National security. All were interned
There was no question of reprieve for any of them, many husbands and fathers torn from their families
They were all interned and sent by ship to the Isle of Man and other places
The Amanda Star was carrying 1500 Italain and German men. and was torpedoed off the coast of Ireland and there were many hundreds of casualties. Some say it was sabotage!!
Why can’t the authorities deport any suspicious men, who are members of terrorist organisations now?

As for internment, that might be a good idea except for the fact that there are now so many of them that there aren't enough places to intern them all!
