Yep, wasps. I too have noticed a lot his year. It seems every night there are a few in the kitchen. Usually half dead. No idea where they are all coming from. Hope you get rid soon Azz.

They are a pain in the bottom! My neighbour had to pay someone last week to come and get rid of a wasps nest in his guttering x
