Well after all the talk of increasing spending -now we hear the government is to cut instead. Now there's a surprise!

It's the waste of money that annoys me C, I tried tallying up what the Scottish parliament has wasted through various news stories and it's impossible, there's no doubt in my mind they don't waste their own cash like they do ours.
