Re: Arthritis
Read your post with interest Susan because like you I’m dreading another winter of possible increased pain .Re: Arthritis
I don't know if you've tried these or not but a lady recommended them to me a long time ago and they are excellent and I have almost returned to a pain free life. Health Shops keep them and they are not expensive, this bottle was under £7, and at one a day will last for 3 months. But Supermarkets sometimes have them and you need to be careful if you think of getting them there as they are usually in a mix with other pills and your best to use the Gluosamine Sulphate heavy dose on it's own. You don't get an immediate improvement but within a couple of months you'll know if they are going to help you.Re: Arthritis

Susan , so you’ve RA diagnosis ?Re: Arthritis
Re: Arthritis
I started with osteo-arthritis in my 30s, possibly due to all the crazy things I did in my youth, like falling out of a tree I was forbidden to climb, not once but twice! It has got worse over the years especially my fingers and feet. I don't take anything for the discomfort as I dislike taking medication.Re: Arthritis
Re: Arthritis
