it is fryups that gave me problems with my gall bladder resulting in having it removed. Too much fat believe me is not good for you

No BS involved. Just remove the chip basket when they are cooked, turn up the heat to max for 1 minute, re-submerge the chips for 30 seconds and the are done. Far superior, browner, crisper result.

My wife had her gallbladder removed 15 years ago. She's one of the unlucky ones who suffer gallstones.

... one of those things .... her brother died of lung cancer, and he never smoked!

I don't have a chip pan,but if I fancy having them I buy a small bag of McCains reduced fat home chips and cook them in My air-fryer for 12/14 mins until they're lovely and crispy...fab' & healthier too.
